MFHA is pleased to announce the registration of a third new new hunt for 2015: Cedar Knob Hounds, Cornersville, TN.

All groups interested in forming and operating a recognized hunting establishment must first be registered with MFHA. Registration is provisional for one year so that hunts have time to build their pack, organization and meet MFHA requirements prior to application for recognized status.

Nestled between Memphis and Chatanooga, Albert Menefee III is MFH and huntsman for Cedar Knob's 25 couple pack of Penn-Marydels. Cedar Knob shares territory with Hillsboro Hounds and had the pleasure of hosting this year’s Tennessee Hunt Week with Hillsboro, Longreen Foxhounds, Tennessee Valley Hunt and Mell’s Foxhounds in attendance. Menefee is strong proponent of youth involvement and Cedar Knob has a regular pony club field. Two pony clubbers even hold the title of junior whippers-in.
