The Museum of Hounds and Hunting North America will induct the late James L. Atkins, former huntsman at Virginia's Old Dominion Hounds, Piedmont Fox Hounds, and Warrenton Hunt, along with Dr. Marvin Beeman, DVM, MFH, Arapahoe Hunt (CO), and C. Martin Wood, MFH, Live Oak Hounds (FL) into its Huntsmen's Room on Saturday, May 27th. This honor recognizes the "tremendous impact" these individuals have had on the sport of foxhunting. The 4pm ceremony, in front of Morven Park in Leesburg, Virginia, is free and open to the public.
